Chocolate-dipped fortune cookie Pt 2

Silvia hopped into the closest taxi and rode off to the hotel where she was staying during the trip. The ride to the hotel was very lengthy and Silvia grew tired, tried to manage staying awake. The taxi drove past an Asian man and black woman holding hands. Seeing this, the taxi driver grew very disgusted. He said to Silvia that every time he sees a black sister with a non-black man, he is let down. He was the type of person who believed in "keeping the blackness" alive. Silvia rolled her eyes and looked away. The driver pulled up to the hotel and helped Silvia to load her things on a baggage cart. She check in and made haste in heading to her room. She went straight to bed anticipating tomorrow's interview.
The next morning arrived and Silvia was preparing for her interview. She caught a bus then a subway to the building and walked in with such confidence. After the interview, she waited in the hallway for the results. This moment is all she waited for. She mentally prepared herself for rejection and acceptance. The interviewer asked when Silvia will be moving to New York and she replied as soon as she is employed. The interviewer told Silvia to give her boss the two-week notice because she is hired. She and the interviewer shook hands and she carried on. She arrived back to her hotel room and jumped for joy. After expressing her happiness, she called room service to order a bottle of white zinfandel. While waiting for her drink to arrive, she slipped into her comfortable lingerie. Since she did not have a man to seduce, she figured she would sip her wine and relax in bed. She heard a know on her door and she ran to open it. It was the wine delivery and she tipped the person for making it extra cold. As she got out the hotel cup and poured the wine, she heard another knock. She wondered who this may be. She opened the door and to her surprise, it was Joseph. Her jaws dropped very far down to the floor. She asked how Joseph was able to track her down. He replied that he watched the bellboy help he with her luggage. Silvia could not help, but to be amazed and a little flattered. She invited him in and he took a seat at the desk. They laughed talked and drank wine until the bottle was gone. Both were very coherent and continued their conversation. She invited him to sit next to her on the bed. He was a little hesitant to do so, but why not give it a try, as so he thought.
They ran out of topics and looked into each other's eyes. He grabbed her face and kissed her heavily. They removed each other's clothing and went straight to work for a half hour. After wearing each other out, Silvia grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. Joseph told Silvia that he is filing divorce paperwork and is looking forward till the day he leaves her. Silvia scooted over to him and reassured him that all will be great. While hugging and kissing topless....a woman barged in to Silvia's room. Silvia quick put back on her lingerie and asked who the hell she was. She introduced herself as Felicity Tran, the sister-in-law of Joseph and blood sister to his wife.....TO BE CONTINUED!!
